Spring 2009 Dues

We operate on a two-season year. The dues you pay in the fall cover both fall and the following spring season. The dues are the same whether you play one or both seasons.

Registration materials are available on our website (menu item is located at the top of the website). Paper forms are mailed out only as an exception. No registration will be considered complete until payment is received.

For insurance reasons, students past the age range for U16 are no longer eligible, but are welcome to coach. (See the registration form for age ranges.)

Note: You must fill out the registration forms in the spring, even though you may have paid in the fall!

Fall 2008 dues are as follows:
$27 for the first child,
$24 for the second child,
$22 for the third child and
$17 for every child after the third.

Deadline

Registrations must arrive by Friday, April 3, 2009.

No registrations accepted after April 3rd (Matt 5:37).

We are limited by the amount of space available for fields, therefore we operate on a first come first serve basis. Limit of 24 students per field.

Refunds

Full refund if requested before April 3. After April 3rd, $14.00 per child fee.

Uniforms

Each child must have a MFYSL t-shirt or sweatshirt. They are reusable each season since the color remains the same. Consider ordering a size larger! Let us know if you have hand-me-downs you wish to donate to another family (include the size).

T-Shirts: $8 each

Sweatshirts: $16 each.
